The successful outcome of that litigation was an unprecedented judgment for malicious prosecution on a tortious counterclaim, which made its way to the front page of the New York Law Journal. Front page coverage again occurred later in a federal court litigation over professional malpractice, involving interesting constitutional questions. More recently, a Church zoning matter prompted local coverage in Long Island.
